What's Going On at Ken Pratt & South Pratt Parkway?

Anyone know what's going on with the Conoco station on the NE corner of Ken Pratt Boulevard & South Pratt Parkway?

Renovation or demolition for a new business?

It did seem silly to have two Conoco stations right next to each other but I know this was a result of mergers/acquisitions.  This site was previously a long-standing Amoco business.
