Welcome Intel to Longmont

In keeping up with the tradition of welcoming new high-tech employers to Longmont, like here, and here, it's time to say "Hello" to industry giant Intel, who have announced the opening of a small office here.

We lost the AMD facility over by Sunset Middle School two years ago, so this is good news.

My favorite CPU of all time is the Intel 8080, of which I spent many memorable evenings learning, and debugging 8080 assembly language code.
