Rhythm on the River Festival in Longmont 2010

The best time to attend Rhythm on the River is 7-10 AM, before the heat sets in, but also to see the balloons and visit the booths before the big crowds show up.

    Pete, it's so cute how you mention "the heat."
    I love hot air balloons though. I agree that it would be lovely to see them like that.
